How It Works

  • Submit the request as an order using the Pickup at Store shipping option.
  • We will review motor availability, certification requirements, shipping restrictions, HazMat fees, and any available quantity discounts.
  • We will email you a formal quote or contact you if additional information is needed.

Please allow 2–3 business days for quote preparation. Large or complex requests may require additional time while we confirm availability with manufacturers.

Important Information

  • Motors may only be purchased by or released to an appropriately certified individual.
  • Shipping, HazMat fees, handling charges, taxes, and launch-delivery fees are calculated separately unless specifically included in the quote.
  • A quote does not reserve products. Inventory is reserved only after the quote is approved and payment arrangements are completed.
  • Bulk pricing may be available based on the motor type, total quantity, and current inventory.
  • Discounts are not guaranteed and may vary by product.
  • High-power motor purchases require a current NAR or Tripoli membership number and certification level.
  • School and university teams should provide the name and certification information of the team’s supervising mentor or purchaser.
  • HazMat motors cannot be shipped through standard ground or postal services.
  • Need help choosing motors, contact us for consultation.
  • Manufacturer lead times and product availability may change before the quote is accepted.

  • Complete motor designation for each motor

  • Desired delivery or pickup method
  • Launch name and location, when applicable
  • Date motors are needed by and launch date
  • Tax-exempt documentation, if applicable
  • Purchase-order requirements
  • Any special project requirements
