Standard Shipping
We ship using the most cost-effective method, primarily via USPS and FedEx. In some cases, UPS or DHL may be used.
Note: A–G motors must ship USPS Parcel Post (Ground).

Local Pickup
Local pickups are available once a week in Mountain View and Laguna Hills, with prior arrangement.
Orders not picked up locally or at a launch within 30 days will be returned to stock and store credit issued to your account.

Launch Pickup – Free Shipping!
Pickup at any launch we attend is free of shipping and HazMat fees (handling and rush fees may still apply). We regularly attend launches hosted by LUNAR, AeroPAC, and most TCC events. We also attend FAR and ROC on occasion or may help coordinate delivery if we are not attending.

Rush Orders
Need it fast? Contact us to arrange custom delivery. We can even use Uber Delivery for same-day service in some areas. Orders are fulfilled in the order received unless a priority rush fee is added.

Shipping to a Different Address
We usually ship only to the billing address, unless arrangements are made in advance. For colleges, organizations, and POs, please contact us ahead of time. Due to recent fraud, flagged orders will be held for verification.

Motors & HazMat Shipping
High-power motors require HazMat ground shipping by law. "G" impulse and below motors typically ship USPS Parcel Ground (3–10 days). HazMat shipping typically takes 2–6 days.

HazMat Details:
• HazMat motors must ship via FedEx or UPS Ground
• Special UN-certified boxes are required
• 2025 HazMat fee is $54 plus shipping (total $80–$120 per box, not per motor)
• Separate invoice sent after checkout (website does not calculate HazMat fees correctly)
• Buyer is responsible for refused/undelivered shipment costs

Tip: Group orders with friends to split HazMat shipping costs.
Someone 18+ must sign for HazMat deliveries.
Consider shipping to a workplace if no one is home during the day.
We cannot ship HazMat items outside the continental U.S.

ARC Motors & Supplies
All ARC motor and supply sales are final—no returns or exchanges. Unclaimed ARC orders will be held for two weeks, then returned to stock and credited to your account.

Rocket Motor Shortage
Due to supply limitations, customers are limited to 2 units per part number per month unless arranged in advance. Larger orders will be pre-ordered and shipped once fulfilled by Aerotech.

Shipping Cost Estimates
Shipping charges at checkout are estimates. If actual costs are higher, we will contact you for approval. If lower, we’ll refund the difference as store credit.
We do not profit from shipping fees.

Order Cancellations & Returns
All sales are final. Please contact us before completing checkout with any questions.
