M2 sized nylon screw

DESCRIPTION

Shear pins are a great way to secure your rocket when concerned about drag separation or in a dual deployment configuration. As nylon screws, you simply use a tap to create a hole into your air frame and coupler. Our starter set includes a tap and 10 nylon screws.  The reload pack of nylon shear pins has 20 screws. Available in M2 at 3/8" long M3 at 1/2" long, and M4 at 1/2" long sizes.  Please note!  M4 can be destructive to un-reinforced cardboard!  Using CA or Epoxy after tapping is critical to avoid airframe damage!

  • Starter package: Includes an M4 sized tap and 10 nylon screws.
  • Reload package: A refill package of 20 M4 sized nylon screws.
