When used by itself, the Firefly reports altitude and speed by blinks of its onboard green LED (refer to manual below for more details).  For added convenience you may want to consider the optional Firefly Field Data Display which plugs into the Firefly's data connector to retrieve and displays this information on its easy to read LCD display.  Click here for more information: Firefly Field Data Display
