An eye dazzling chrome rocket that soars to 800 feet on Estes mini engines! The Gnome comes with a colored body tube and one piece fin unit for quick assembly. Be ready to launch in less than hour!

This kit provides students hands-on engineering experience while they learn how to design rockets, without the worry of finding a launch field. Through learning concepts such as center of gravity and center of pressure, students will put their problem-solving skills to the test as they attempt to build a stable rocket and test it with the Estes Rocket Holder.

The Luna Bug is a lot of power packed into a tiny body, soaring all the way up to 800 ft on Estes Mini Engines! This intermediate rocket is the perfect step up from our ready-to-fly models, or for the entry level modeler that wants to start with a challenge. Keep altitudes high with the Luna Bug!

The new StarTech starters stay true to the design of the original, with one key addition. The small nichrome wire, the one that heats the propellant at launch, has been dipped in a specially crafted chemical compound that reacts with the heat of the wire to create a large burst of heat and pressure that ensures ignition. Never misfire again! Includes 6 starters.
