The supersonic transport (SST) was the future until dangerously loud sonic booms limited where these marvels could fly. The super-quiet Low-Boom SST could begin a new era of supersonic passenger flights. This highly detailed model rocket kit features laser-cut balsa parts, including realistic under-wing “engines pods” and a parachute recovery.
Super-Gold+ is a gap filling, medium viscosity foam-safe cyanoacrylate glue that is (nearly) odorless, and does not frost nearby surfaces as it cures. Curing time is 2 or 3 seconds longer than traditional CA glues of similar viscosity, but the slower cure time and different formulation prevent the sudden heating that can damage foam surfaces as CA glue cures. You can use Insta-Set CA Glue Acclerator in a very fine mist, but do not apply too much accelerator, or you may damage foam surfaces.
A sport rocket at its core, this multistage flying model rocket can reach altitudes of 1000 feet! A colorful 18 inch parachute provides a soft landing, so the Boosted Bertha can be quickly prepared for another launch.

FOAM-CURE™ is a silicone based adhesive that works very well on EPP and EPO foams. It is crystal clear and cures to a more flexible consistency than CA. It is, however, not instant bonding like CA and there is no accelerator to speed it’s curing. To obtain a faster initial bond when bonding two pieces, FOAM-CURE™ can be applied to one piece and after the two are joined, they can then be pulled apart. After letting it air dry for about ten minutes, FOAM-CURE™ will act like a contact cement when the parts are rejoined, resulting in enough tack strength to allow the next steps of assembly. Full strength is reached in 10-12 hours.
The Deep Atmosphere Research Craft is a one of a kind scientific vessel developed by Space Corps Science Division. It’s aero surfaces and resistant alloys allow the DARC-1 to navigate a dense, unforgiving atmosphere for extended research missions. Enjoy this Estes model to capture a future of exploration for yourself.
